Women's Climbing Series Overview

Redpoint Nutrition is pleased to announce a 12-part training series geared specifically to women climbers and boulderers by professional climber, international routesetter, Certified Personal Trainer and Nationally Accredited US Climbing Coach, Brandi Proffitt. The series intends to provide women of all ability levels with workout ideas/programs/suggestions to execute in the gym this winter in preparation for outdoor climbing next spring.

The series kicks off on Wednesday, November 11th, with following posts coming every two weeks. Take a look at the dates and topics below:
